In the chicken slaughterhouse, Aris' cameras collect large amounts of data at high speed. Our camera system qualifies and sorts meat for characteristics such as: color, shape, size, broken wings, missing parts, weight, weight distribution (= average weight) etc.
In addition to the possibility of grading, the vision data provide a great deal of information about the quality of the supplied chickens (in stables) but also about the adjustment of the machines in the process.
What can be measured?
Our camera system grades and sorts meat for characteristics such as: color, shape, size, broken wings, missing parts, weight, weight distribution (= average weight) etc.
In addition to the possibility of grading, the vision data provide a great deal of information about the quality of the supplied chickens (in stables) but also about the adjustment of the machines in the process.
Customized measuring
Each vision system is customized and tailored to your specific wishes and requirements. In advance, the measurement characteristics of the meat product are programmed in the software.
What's the grading capacity?
Aris has experience with fast processes. Our systems are able to keep up with the production of existing machines. An example is our advanced vision system for assessing broiler chickens that has a speed of up to 18,000 products per hour.
How do we measure?
In order to obtain optimal counting and grading and therefore a high reliability of the measurement results, a detailed assessment is made of what you want to have examined. Depending on this, we choose the most suitable camera technology (RGB, multispectral, hyperspectral, 3D).
Service & support
We provide customized solutions for every customer, but that’s just the start. After the system has been developed, delivered and installed, we provide service and support both remote and on site. And when your needs change, Aris is there to help you adapt or update the system.
